Any Consumer who intends to drill a borewell under the jurisdiction of BBMP and 110 villages will have to first acquire a Non Availability of Water Certificate from BWSSB. This certificate will be issued to the consumer by BWSSB, if it is found that BWSSB cannot supply the requested quantity of water to the premises. In order to obtain this service, the consumer has to pay a nominal fee of Rs.500/- online.
