Faulty Meter Testing and Replacements

1) Faulty Meter Testing : Any consumer disputing the accuracy of the meter may apply to the board through online. The sub divisional Engineer shall verify and on payment of fee, arrange for testing of the meter. Time duration for testing the meter is 15 days.
1) Faulty Meter Replacement :Faulty meters may be brought to the notice by the way of consumer through online and the sub divisional engineer shall access the faults and can take necessary action in replacing the faulty meters within 08 days.
