ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಓದಿ.

1. Please inspect the sump, the taps and the internal pipes for leaks.
   ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಸಂಪ್ / ನಲ್ಲಿಗಳು / ಆಂತರಿಕ ಪೈಪ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ.
2. Please ensure that the ball valve fitted in the sump is operating properly.
   ಸಂಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಬಾಲ್ ವಾಲ್ವ್ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
3. Please check for sump and overhead tank overflow.
   ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಸಂಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಓವರ್‌ಹೆಡ್ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ತುಂಬಿ ಹರಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ.
4. If consumption is higher / below than average / If the meter is presumed to be faulty, please observe the meter reading for consecutive months.
   ಬಳಕೆಯು ಸರಾಸರಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ್ದರೆ / ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿದ್ದರೆ / ಮೀಟರ್ ದೋಷಪೂರಿತವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿದರೆ, ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಸತತ ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಮೀಟರ್ ರೀಡಿಂಗ್ ಅನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ.
5. ** Upon considering the above facts if meter is found to be faulty then apply.
   ** ಮೇಲಿನ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಮೀಟರ್ ದೋಷಯುಕ್ತವೆಂದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ.
